I hired them to do an inspection of the roof and in particular of a skylight that leaks. Chuck did a great job taking photos, explaining the places he looked for issues and addressed them. I will definitely hire them for this service on an annual basis - very reasonable price and great service.

Isiah and Marcus were outstanding! They were extremely professional, thorough, and courteous. They did a very thorough cleaning of our gutters, as well as a thorough inspection of our roof and gutters.

My contractor Dave kept me posted by text re his schedule, was very clear when explaining the needed repairs with clear photos taken of the problem areas, and was clearly quite skilled in his work.

The did a wonderful job installing windows, the were on time and very professional and very nice, they answered all my questions concerning the installation and how long it would take to get the job done. I have recommend them to 4 of my friends. GREAT JOB American Home Contractors, keep up the great work. Kudo to the project manager John Roda. Mr. Roda was always available to answer all my questions and concern. AWESOME !!

Both the scheduler and the workman were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and to the point. The workman showed up on time, and he was very thorough and efficient. He showed me photos of all affected areas including the work he had performed as well as items that it was suggested that I needed to consider for further repairs. He did not engage in a hard sell which I greatly appreciated. This is not my first experience with this company and service and I highly recommend them without qualification.

Kager Johns was the technician and he did a great job informing me of what needed to be done. He was efficient and on time.

American Home Contractors baits you with a appeal of a $149 roof tune-up, which is suppose to seal all of your gaps (one would think repair of any minor issues), but they were not clear on what is a tune-up. In reference to a car, a tune-up is changing the spare plugs, coil, points to make your car run better, which what I thought I was getting by having repairs done to my roof. This was not the case with AHC, because they wanted to sent two technicians at $149 or $300 to have two guys take pictures and not repair or seal anything. The technician even told me not to deal with his company because their price would be too high. When asked how much to repair my roof he kept saying thousands of dollars, and wouldn't even give an estimate of the repairs only not to deal with his company. If an employee doesn't want to deal with the company why should I. He said I owned him $149 although he didn't seal or repair anything and he said everything on my roof was fine except the area that was causing water to come into one of the bedrooms. If a company can replace a complete roof and I didn't need a new on a house built in 2006, then I should have been told that at not cost. When I tried to call the company the receptionist wouldn't call me back after saying she would. After calling several times, a Mr. Silverstein was to call me back, but he never did. This is not a good company to deal with in my estimation and consumers should be aware. Buyer beware!!!!

Howard Shires, Roof Technician, came to my house today to perform a gutter tuneup. I thought he was very professional and cared about doing the job correctly. He went into my attic, did a thorough inspection and took pictures to document problems that he found. This was incredibly helpful and insightful. I don.'t trust most contractors but the way that Howard explained everything to me and gave me multiple options put me at ease. I believe that I have found a company that I can work with and highly recommend Howard and American Home Contractors.

Marc Burkett came out and did some minor gutter repair, advised on siding repair and provided a very reasonable estimate on replacing a skylight. He offered prompt courteous service and will use this contractor for the the skylight replacement in the very near future.
