David is a fantastic general contractor. I've worked with him on multiple projects and have always been incredibly impressed with his work. He's very thorough and takes great pride in his work. He also has a strong attention to detail, which is important to me when it comes to people working in my home. David is also very professional and easy to work with. He listens carefully to your needs and makes sure you're happy with his suggestions before starting any project.

We did a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel with AHI. The bathroom was great. The kitchen has been a nightmare. We paid a lot of money for semi-custom kitchen cabinets. The subcontractor they used for the cabinets is terrible. Cabinet installation began in September. Over the last few months, they have had to return countless times for issues, such as: drawer handles falling off, drawer faces coming loose and one falling off, cabinet doors scraping the sides of drawers when opening, a board literally falling off, uneven or jagged cut metal on the ends of drawer pulls, black sharpie marks left on drawer handles! the inside frame of a drawer pulling apart, etc. The alignment is off on probably 90% of the cabinets, including the island they built. There is currently an upper cabinet that appears to be coming loose from the wall. There is also what appears to be peeling on the island cabinets. Getting them to return to fix these issues takes weeks. We specifically asked they not send the same crew back who made all of these egregious, sloppy mistakes, but that is who they just sent back again just today, saying -no one else is available. We were told that we complain too much and are impatient. as though we are being fussy about a little old drawer coming apart. Maybe this would not bother most people or make them impatient? After spending over $150k, calling us impatient is being generous.

Would not give me a detailed project estimate, just told me it would cost around 25,000 with no breakdown, when I texted the company for more information never heard back from them.
