I was happy with their thoroughness and professional conduct. I'm *really* happy that they suggested testing the popcorn ceiling for asbestos before doing anything to it, because I just got the lab results back and it's asbestos! I wouldn't have thought about it and would be in the middle of scraping it down without proper protection!

The inspectors were professional and timely. They performed a thorough and in-depth and quality inspection. They were considerate of the owners and buyers. The inspection was easy to schedule.
