"We are 4-6 weeks out on gutters barring any further delays. We have had the curse of tons of rain this summer. We appreciate your patience. The tentative installation is August 22nd and we have made the customer aware. We are unable to send staff up on ladders in the rain. We realize this may be an inconvenience. The rain does not help us make progress. We will have this taken care of and leave you with a product you can trust for years to come."

"American HomePride has documented communication with the customer. I personally communicated with them via email as recently as this week. This customer was allowed out of their contract because we were unable to make them happy on selection of countertop material. This was an unprecedented exception. Our Project admin staff met with her on multiple occasions to try to get a selection that would be suitable. We realize you cannot please everyone, but we offer a wide selection of customizable options. To the last of my knowledge in November we mutually parted on good terms. Our project manager did have a stroke and was hospitalized causing a small delay that was communicated. The finance company glitch due to this customer cancelling beyond normal cancellation, and that draft has been scheduled as promised with zero accrued fees to the cancelled customer. We found it best for both of us to part ways on this project. Since I have responded to the customer directly and provided my cell phone number, I will assume this to be handled. Should you require anything further, please use my direct contact information. Thanks again and we hope you can find something you are happy with for your remodel! We are humans and emergencies happen, but we always do the right thing in the end."
"I have been in direct contact with this customer. There was a material delay that was unable to be controlled by us that caused us to be two days outside of her window for installation. We have since met and discussed proceeding with the installation next week to accommodate her travel plans. I will continue to speak with her directly on this project."
