I worked with Ben Jensen, who claimed to be a half-owner of the company, and after months of lies and false promises, he told me that the insurance paid for the crew of Ben to install a new roof on my house, and that was it. The rest of the work the siding, the screens, and the gutters seemed like Ben Jensen just took my money, but no one else did anything else. Just more lies and false promises. I hired a new contractor who promised to do the rest of the work the insurance paid for within 2 days of Ben Jensen returning my unused portion of the insurance money, and I am still waiting. No contact; just lies and false promises. This has been going on from May 2022 to now, December 2022, and I am still waiting!

First off A.H.R attempted to install r13 insulation in my walls and ceiling (our contract called for r21 for my 2x6 construction) 24hrs before sheetrock was to be installed...luckily I caught them in the act . Garage floor started cracking 3 months after construction, now 6 months later, said crack is now long. Concrete is starting to heave. Advised Ben of problem(s), now refuses to return calls---after taking payment--- to address a litany of construction failures. From doors being damaged and installed incorrectly, to (3) 20 long cracks ..and growing.. along the ceiling sheetrock seams. At one point my vehicle was held hostage by Bens crew due to the sheetrock installed above garage overhead door had shifted and blocked the door from opening. Turns out, sheetrock was not attached. Bens ghosting started immediately after an admittedly frantic call to him about the hostage situation. Quite the crew. At least my ceiling matches my floor now I guess. Be warned. Ben was helpful and communicative. He was able to complete the quality installation quickly for a good price.

Flashing repair around the chimney of a very old house with a steep roof. I was very pleased with the work done by American Home Remodeling. Fair price and a crew was available for small projects. Everyone I had contact with either by phone or in person, was professional and easy to work with. My only quibble was a slight bit of confusion while communicating back and forth. The fact that it was on short notice, late in the season and with a few weather issues, everything worked out well!

The re-roof was done ahead of schedule. And clean up was good.

Completed work less than a week after I first called them. Good customer service, quality work. Highly recommend!

I needed someone to come through in a pinch, and they most certainly did! I am very pleased with their work!

So, my money was refunded then I hea d from Ianny who said I was scheduled. I went ahead b/c I signed the contract & my insurance agent said I should do roll roofing on this part of my roof (low pitch) Anyway job got done in the nick of time. Now they are bidding my granite counters.
