They were on time, worked deligently and continuously. Very courteous, respectful of my property.And above all they were neat and cleaned up before they left.

Came the next day and were veryprofessional.

The job was extremely difficult due to three different layers of insulation in my attic including blown in insulation. They suggested I go with the foam. I requested they not spend to much time cleaning up because I wanted to clean the entire garage.

They worked very fast, understood the needs of the job, and didn t charge an arm and a leg. 10/10 I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.

Did not do a good job cleaning up after job was done

I had to pay full price prior to work being done. One moth later im still waiting for receipt. There was an incident of a missing flashlight off my counter. One month later i am still waiting for a check to cover that as promised. The cleanup after work was done was not so good.

I needed an 12x12 foot addition insulated. Bob was very informative and helpful in making sure he understood what I needed and wanted. He completed the job very quickly and efficiently. I called to schedule an appointment and he arrived the next day and completed the job within an hour. Clean up was excellent. I recommend Bob highly to anyone looking for an insulation pro.

I felt comfortable hiring Bob for this project. He is direct and professional. He was straightforward and completed this insulation project efficiently. He kept me informed throughout the project as he needed to change the plan, once he got into it. The result was fewer holes in the walls since he was able to insulate from the attic. He and his crew cleaned up well and patched the few holes that were needed I feel that Bob gave us a great price and I am confident that our home will be more comfortable going forward. They were on time and once here went right to work. Seems like a pretty good team of workers. I would recommend American Insulation to other people needing foam insulation installed.

Bob is a VERY personable guy, but I feel he took advantage of me. The job was to apply spray foam insulation in the crawl space under my modular home in August last year. He was supposed to apply it to the underside if the flooring and the perimeter. Foolishly, I did not crawl underneath my self until a few weeks ago (for a completely different reason) and discovered that only the perimeter was done, NOTHING at all on the underside of my flooring. I should have been suspicious when the crew members said they never did this on a modular home, but trusting fool that I am, I believed Bob when he told the crew that is was no different than any other foam insulation job that they had done before. I am a 72 year old woman and I feel that he took advantage of me. I know it was a crappy job to undertake to begin with, but to lead me to believe it was completely done is wrong. I am trying to contact him to see if they will come back and complete what he promised. As I said, it is a crawlspace and not an easy job to complete, but I have been under there many times myself foe various reasons and I feel that they could have done the underside of my flooring in addition to the perimeter, especially since THAT WAS the original agreement.

They did not clean up after themselves. I am not comfortable with the way this company conducts business.

Work is good and price was reasonable. Considering hiring them again, unlike past contractors.

Bob (owner) responded quickly in giving us an estimate and did the job very quickly. Very personable guy. Knows his profession and takes pride in his company. The guys moved furniture and em over all kind of stuff I had stored in the entrance to attic. We did t have to do anything. Cleaned up nicely after job. Would highly recommend this company. Very reasonable price also!

He canceled the appointment, then came on a Sunday. Was in a hurry **flying out to Las Vegas** He and his helper broke a pipe in the basement, water mess, then hurriedly blew in the material to my ceiling of utility room. It was EVERYWHERE! Clear into the next room, on curtains, furniture in the game room. My son was there and started to clean it up as best he could. Bob handed him $30. They left an incredible mess. Additionally, he is arrogant, but as far as professionalism and quality of work, there is nothing to back that up. I called him later, told him there was still a mess AND the insulation was not ineffective. He never returned to fix his mess. I would not allow this company to do any work on your home.
