It seems like it was helpful; didn't have as much of an impact on energy bills or keeping upstairs rooms cool as I had hoped

Didn’t end up hiring them as they “talked me out of it”. Very knowledgeable staff talked through my project and helped me realize that spray foam, insomuch as I wanted to employ it, would cause more harm than good. Got to love honest tradesmen; will definitely hire them when I have an appropriate project!

The workers were very personable and accommodating and were very responsive to complete the job our satisfaction. They also were very attentive to making as little mess as possible and cleaned up as much as we wanted. I would not hesitate to use this company again if I ever had a need.

Mark (Business Manager) was great when coming out to quote the job, presenting multiple options for remediation. He suggested an approach that was within budget and effective. Crew was courteous, clean and fast. Highly recommend this business.

I contacted this company per Home Advisor reviews. A sales person came out named Chris. He oversold what they could accomplish, he did not understand the results per the style of my house,. After the installation - i immediately called as there was no improvement. He told me to put a towel under the door to block out the noise, and realized they used a different product then what they had used in the past for the sound batting between my basement and master bedroom. They sent out some guys to add additional sound batting. It did not improve the noise issue. I called Chris back and his number was disconnected. I called the company and spoke with Cassandra who promised they would send out someone. After 6 weeks of calling her and not getting anyone out to my house. I requested a credit from my credit card company - which the company contested. I then found out that the reviews i read were under a different owner who sold to a minority contractor so they could do commercial work. So i feel i was mislead by the reviews. After the requested charge back i received a phone call from the previous owner requesting to come out. By this time I was over the entire thing and just wanted my money back. Never heard back from Mark (previous owner). Called him and he said i needed to contact new owner. I called and they wanted to send someone out - i am not interested in this as they are who did the poor job to begin with and they did not respond to getting it resolved for over 6 weeks. He told me write whatever review I wanted - he didn't care. So here i am. requesting my money back again with my credit card company, writing reviews and contacting the Attorney general for the state of Ohio. I am tired of getting poor customer service and paying a lot of money for something that does not work correctly.

The workman were on time, and did a good job. There was quite a bit of dust that got into the room from the initial install of material. The crew did some clean-up, and the company offered a credit for additional clean-up needed. I would recommended them. Time, and utility bills, will tell if the type insulation they used will do the job.

I'm hoping this will reduce my electric bill this winter! Mark originally came out, he was very professional, as were the two installers. I would recommend them highly, as they do a good job, and respect your home while they are there!

They did an excellent job on a very difficult and unusual installation. They are one of very few contractors that can installa combination of insulation methods; foam, dense pack or barrier using foam, cellulose, fiberglass, sheet or any other method in combination to get the best overall requirements for your insulation nerds. Our needs varied on a 103 year old residence we are restoring and wanted not to make alterations that affected the homes period appearance. They made the insulation installation with no visible signs of the work done.

On time,made helpful recommendation on extra insulation. They new what they wereally doing, kind & courtes. Cleaned up open completion. Would highly recommend.

I bought blown in insulation not spray foam

Too soon to know what the value for money will be until we see a pattern in utility bills, too soon for that. The installers were top drawer--fast, friendly and clean, all around excellent job The communication was on par with the worst I've ever dealt with. I had to call/email to confirm my own appointments, did not receive follow ups and despite repeated commitments to improve, it never happened. For this reason, and this reason alone, I hesitate to recommend them. If this review was based on the work alone, it would be an easy 5 star experience. The customer service and communication really was just terrible, and in my opinion, detracts HUGELY from what is otherwise a strong outfit.

the room still has a temperature change depending on the weather

The owner gave me great information. I looked at 3 other companies as well. The techs were great guys. Did a great job had total confidence in them. I recommend this company.

Quote was based on a detailed inspection of my entire attic (not easy to get to) and included recommendations for repairing damage caused by racoons.

They weren't on time but well worth the wait. Just be patient. They work fast once they get there but they don't cut any corners. They explain everything and don't mind questions. I have two more insulation projects I need done and they will be the ones doing the work.
