They were 4 hours late, however, Mr Cantrell seemed competent to rewire sprinklers. He could have been aided by tech equipment to advance the controller vs manually etc. Very sincere gentlemen who made good suggestions. Uncertain of future business with the company.

He diagnosed the issues and fixed everything in a timely manmer. Very professionally explained all of his findings and suggestions clearly, along with cost estimate for all the work. Quality work and great communication. Not the cheapest, but I will gladly hire them again! Thanks for your great work.

The tech replaced the diaphragm and solenoid on two valves. Problem solved. Three days later both valves failed open. The tech returned and replaced both diaphragms and solenoids again (no extra charge). He thinks he may have installed them incorrectly the first time. So far, so good...

They came right away to help me shut off the water for a sprinkler line break and even though they had planned to come back later to fix it they went ahead and did a temporary fix right away. They were very responsive and easy to work with.
