they gave me a fair estimate and when I selected them the job was installed in a timely manner. They did a real good job.

Landmark has been very professional and courteous.

The only drawback was that the 3 men who installed the fence could barely speak English and it was difficult to tell them what was needed. Other than that, I am very pleased.

They left a little trash lying around after completing the job. Some wood and some lunch debris. Their office staff was a little late in caling me to schedule the appointment. Their sales staff and the actual work performed were fabulous, however.

They really worked to get our fence in quickly as we had two new puppies. Daved, the scheduling manager was wonderful and when they hit a sprinkler pipe, he was very courteous and professional. The crew cleaned up well and did I better job with an odd shaped area than I had expected.

I was very impressed with American Landmark Fence's organization and communication, as well as their price. Everyone I worked with, from the estimator, to the representative in the office, to the builders, were all extremely professional and personable. I also appreciated the quality of work.

Everything went smoothly, they were close and worked well with my budget.

I was extremely impressed with David, our salesman. He sold me on the job due to his knowledge and professionalism.

The installers placed a gate on the wrong wall, but not a big deal. They simply misread the drawing on the estimate. By the time I discovered it, the posts had been sunk in concrete. It will be workable where they installed it. They started on one day, got "rained out," but stated they would return Friday. They DID !, and completed the job.

Communication between scheduler, sales rep, and crew was atrocious. Scheduler told us we would only have to be home for the first half hour, but when the crew arrived, they insisted we stay home for the entire install. When we put down our deposit, scheduler told us the install would occur within 2 weeks, but it was actually closer to 4. No one from the crew spoke adequate English. I get the feeling that this job was subcontracted out, but have no proof of that. The crew dug extra post holes that were not needed and didn�t fill them in. Left fill dirt piled up in my yard. I provided my HOA guidelines to the sales rep specifying that the bottom of the fence be at least one inch from the ground. The crew instead installed the fence flush to the ground. I scheduled for the crew to come out and correct the defect, but on the scheduled day, the crew never showed and never called to tell me why. When I called the scheduler to find out why, she informed me that the worker lied and told her he had already done it. I would definitely not use this company again, nor would I recommend them to some one else.

They were extremely professional and did an awesome job on the fence. They get my highest recommendation.

Over all they did a pretty good job. I think they are a little too high in price, and don't like where they dumped the left over dirt in my yard.... they should take it with them or ask me where to put it.

Our salesman, Bernie Buck, was top-notch. The fence looks great and the men who installed it were excellent. The only bad experience was when we called to schedule the installation...the woman we spoke to was just not in the mood to help us out.
