When the workers got there, they couldn't read the instructions. They actually asked my wife for instructions when they got there. I called the company, because I didn't want them to remove the wrong tree. I called twice with a request for a call back. I never got a call back. Not the next day, not ever. Not good service at the office. Maybe they called somebody, because they ended up working on the right trees. Lucky, I guess.
