Rich did a beautiful job for us, re-finishing our hardwood floors. He was meticulous and hard-working, in addition to being dedicated to doing an excellent job. The only thing I would say is to be aware of, is that he's not punctual, but in the end, timing changes were manageable and we are thrilled with the end result. He's truly a craftsman.

Rich did an outstanding job on our wood floors. We were told by 2 other wood floor companies that our floors could not be sanded and refinished again. Rich convinced us that not only they could be, but he could also make the dents, scratch’s and water damage disappear. He did! Our floors now look better than new. 5 stars all the way!

The work was done perfectly and, best of all, when promised! Some damage came up during the work and was handled as needed, at no extra cost. The floors look great and we're happy.

Very informative and professional Excellent job

Very, very good job! The floors in the house are as if newly laid. Rich did a bit of extra work because of more water damage that was found. The floors look great! The process used should just about prevent marks in the future. I highly recommend!

John was top notch (5 stars) for the finished product. I was extremely pleased with the look and final finish. It was beyond my expectation. It's now a show peace of our home. I did drop a 1/2 star rating for customer service only because, being the only one doing all the work he was stretched thin. But in the end, I think that the quality of his work stands out. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring him again. He would be my go-to guy.

Rich was very knowledgeable about which product would be the best for my hardwood floors. It was important to me to minimize the years of scratches from pets which he did beautifully. The floors look amazing. Rich is also skilled at furniture refinishing. His team was professional and were very careful with my furniture. I would recommend this company.

Will have them back to refinish more rooms.

After years of being a rental home, my floors were ugly and beat up. Rich and his guys did a great job of repairing, sanding, and resurfacing the floors. They are the first thing guests comment on when they walk in the house. Give them a try, you'll be happy.

The owner, Rich Hansen, is very charming. I beieve he does his best to satisfy a customer despite our communication problems and delays. Ultimately the project ended on a good note. The quality of work is beautiful. All of the crew members who worked on my floors were very polite and professional. Compliments to all.

Floors were done just beautifully. No problem there. My biggest problem was John's communication with me. Very flighty. He'd forget to call. He'd try to set up meeting but not show & didn't call to say he was running late. The project ran longer than he said mostly because he wasn't showing up. He was even late to pick up his final check & check out floor & my inspection. I told him I had a meeting with another pro to do other work on my house & he shows up hours late & when other pro there. I had no time to go over anything with him. Very poor communication & time frame.

Rich is very detailed. The work was of the highest quality as was the materials used.

Rich is a consummate professional, and is so concerned about doing a spectacular job. He goes beyond what he promises, and the result is amazing. Our home is 100 years old, and the floors now look brand new.

Rich is communicative, personable, and serious about his job. He and his man did a superb job.

Rich, the owner, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do before he started. His crew was respectful of our home, property and pets. Our living room floor turned out beautiful and we were so happy with the job that we had him do our family room also. I highly recommend Rich if you want someone who cares about the job he does.
