We’ve used American Painter Marcelo about three times to repaint our home, and every experience has been a blessing. I am thrilled to have found Marcelo with American Painting Company. I was in desperate need of a painter to paint my rental condo in order to get it ready for my new tenants. Marcelo responded to my request immediately and was able to start the very next week. I worked side by side with Marcelo while he painted and I worked on the repairs. He is very pleasant, attentive to detail and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend American Painting and will definitely be using Marcelo for my other properties.

Exceptional. So rare to deal with a very intelligent, reasonable and amiable pro. Mr. Bermann is patient and careful: willing to explore options critically to eventually come up with the most effective plan. Totally reliable and dedicated. And Mr. Bermann came up with ideas and solutions that other contractors were unaware of. Two complicated projects already completed: a deck; house walls in bad disrepair.

UP: I wanted an immediate start and he started next day. Marcelo & his painter were highly skilled. DOWN:I wished they would have laid down more cover-up materials for my peace of mind.

"Ray is right, the plastic tarp I used had hardened paint from a previous job that fluffed-out onto his patio stones. Though I did comp him worth $100+ and power-washed the area to remove any remaining debris it would've been more professional on my part not to put him through the hassle in the first place!"

I was very pleased with the way Marcelo handled our initial conversation regarding the cost estimate - rather than needing to schedule an appointment for an estimate on our small inside project, he was able instead to give what I considered to be a fair and reasonable figure, and as a result we set instead an appointment for him to begin work the following day. He and his assistant arrived on time and began working immediately, finishing about half of the project that day, then Marcelo returned to finish the next day. His advice, expertise, prep work and attention to detail would make me call him for our next painting need. VERY NICE JOB!

Marcelo very concerned about customer being pleased with job. Worked at times of our convenience. Job came in on time and at negotiated cost. Particularly good assistance was provided in finding colors to complement existing ones. Would recommend American Painting to anyone.
