We had such a great experience with Carmelo! From the beginning, he was super easy to work with and got us scheduled right away. We also had some last-minute scheduling changes, and he was extremely accommodating, which we really appreciated.He was SO thorough with the inspection and took his time going through everything with us. He explained what he was seeing, answered all of our questions, and made sure we actually understood everything before he left. We never felt rushed at all. But I have to say, the inspection report was probably the most impressive part! We received it incredibly fast, and I honestly couldn’t believe how detailed it was. We reached out to A Patriot Property Inspections for a second opinion while we were buying our home. We already had an inspection done by another inspector, but honestly, getting the report and trying to figure out what we really needed to worry about versus what we could just fix ourselves was a little overwhelming. He took the time to go through the report with us and explain everything in a way that made sense. One thing he pointed out was that our water heater was around 25 years old. He helped us understand that this was probably something we should ask the seller to replace rather than taking on that expense ourselves right after buying the house. We took his advice, asked the seller to replace it during negotiations, and they agreed! That kind of guidance was really helpful throughout the whole process. He helped us figure out what was worth bringing back to the seller and what wasn't a huge deal and could be handled later.
