"Thank you for your review, Mr. Kevin Fuller. I want to state that the city inspector did pass this water heater inspection. To clarify the issues, you say you are having with the leaning water heater, our technician informed the other homeowner and yourself before the job was started that your old water heater was leaning due to unleveled flooring. You were asked if you wanted to proceed and you agreed, approved, and signed. Pictures were taken of the before and after showing the old water heater and new water heater leaning. The second homeowner also approved and signed off on the work when the technician finished with no complaints. As to your phone call, 4 days later of the completion of the job, your complaint was the water heater was sitting on the lip of the drain pan when in fact, it was sitting in the drain pan. The manager you spoke with gave you the option to hire a carpenter to fix your flooring and he will gladly go back out to your home to empty the water heater and reset it at no charge. However, you insisted for our company to go out there and fix your unleveled floor, which was like that before the job was started, and once again you were aware of it. To reiterate we are a plumbing company, and we did the plumbing job we were hired for. We are an honest and professional company. We are not contractors, we do plumbing only. If there are any issues with your home that are not plumbing related, you would have to contact a professional that can assist that issue. As to your 8 year warranty, that still covers parts and labor, however, that does not include the issues with your flooring. When you get your flooring done, we will gladly still go out there to drain the water heater and reset it."
