We are currently working with the plumber on several issues. The plumber came out when needed and stopped the problem. He will be needed to come back. His service was very professional.

Responded almost immediately to my initial request. Scheduled appt for later in afternoon but called and came a couple of hours before we had scheduled which was great, (Holiday weekend Friday). He arrived explained what needed to be done, left to pick up supplies. Returned and repaired promptly, however, not as neatly as would expect but no problem. Ask him about another need for my shower, however, due to the holiday all supply shops had closed early so he would call us at beginning of week to take care of needed repair. It's now been 10 days and we have not heard from him. Very disappointing. Initial customer service is great, but lacking on the follow up for additional job. Would recommend for someone who needs something quick.

The customer service in scheduling the appointment went well. Compared to other service companies, they were on time - 15 minutes late and called to let me know. Cleaned up after himself even though I said don't worry about it. Very nice to work with.

The serviceman was prompt and explained repair options completely. He repaired leaky faucet quickly and efficiently. I would use this company again.
