Daniel was a concerned professional right from the start. His assessment and projections gave me so much confidence that I hired him above another person who was scheduled right after his visit. He was proactive in his all his actions, and the promised timeline was strictly adhered to. What impresses me is that despite tunneling underground to fix a broken water line, there was little disruption to the top layer of grass and plants in my front yard. His level of cleanliness during the process was remarkable and I cannot speak highly enough of the care he took of all phases of the project and how pleased I am that he left my home in better condition than before the work. Over the weekend, my main water line pipe burst. When I reached out to Dan from American Plumbing, he responded quickly and was able to inspect the issue right away. He thoroughly explained the procedure and outlined alternatives in case the initial plan didn?t work. Even after he left, I had additional questions about the type of copper he planned to use, and he responded promptly?on a Saturday night. On the day of the repair, the team arrived on time and completed the job in under three hours, restoring our water line in cold weather. They were professional and thorough and left everything clean. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services

Dan got in touch within minutes of me putting the request into Angi, and he was at our house the next morning for a quick and professional estimate discussion. In the intervening time, Dan was very communicative and easy-going about scheduling. His team showed up right on time and executed the work quickly and exactly as described, despite several of inches of snow and a layer of ice on the roads. They were able to replace my water main pipe, which ran under my front yard, without digging up the sidewalk. Instead, they did a dig at each end, replaced the pipe, and replaced the dirt perfectly. You can barely tell that they were here. We were thrilled to get our water back on within a few hours of their arrival! Thank you to Dan, Dave, and the rest of the team for a great repair!
