I will never do business with them again. They tried to up sale me beyond what I wanted or needed. I asked for a plumber not three salesmen. They quoted me $2,500.00 for the repairs, today I had the needed repairs done for $435.00 by another company. Enough said!! Saved over $2000.00.

"Our number one goal is to make the customer happy, however this take on the events is inaccurate. We checked under your office because you requested us to take a look at the drainage. The entire drainage system was out of code and pieced together. The toilet pipe under the home was completely disconnected which allowed raw sewage to dump under the home, the bathtub was plumbed in with no p trap and improper fittings, the shower was completely disconnected, the kitchen sink drain had improper fall and improper fittings, and the lavatory drain also had improper fall and improper fittings. The main sewer line under the home was several difficult"

The guys did a great job as I kept throwing more and more at them to do. The price I was charged was well in line with the average someone else would've charged me. My shower looked great when they left. The two men were knowledgeable and they worked hard to satisfy me. They showed up on time and didn't leave till I was happy. I'd hire them again.

Well Pump Repair or Service
I had them replace a pressure tank brass tee and some cracked pvc pipe at well. I supplied the brass tee, pressure switch, gauge and related parts. They used some of their pvc fittings which would not even be $20 worth. They were at my house about 2 hours. I was charged $480. Seems to be way overpriced hourly rate to me.

"Chris, I have reached out a few times. Please give me a call at 256-238-8800. I wanted to clear up the confusion. We have a set price guide with each home warranty company. Your warranty company has a set price for each job they cover. We work with each warranty company to agree upon a price for each job. We lowered your bill to the $400 for the misunderstanding. Typically the warranty company pays the bill for the customer rather than the customer paying and getting reimbursed.We give a competitive price to all of our customers, but when we have a contract with a large corporation, such as a warranty company, the price could vary."
