They only thing I didn't like was it took the installer 7day after they put the liner in to come back to cut for inlet and skimmer and return phone call

I'm still waiting for the liner to be installed. I was told that it would be done by 7/2/2018 that is what it says in the contract. It is now the 5th of July. I can't rate the quality of work because it wasn't started yet.

This business is a scam. They won't even give you a phone number and many people have had installation problems and they never get a call back. You only have contact with an answering service!

I have never written a negative review but I am going to start now. This company not only did not come at least three times when they set the date but when they finally arrived did half of the job, requested payment and did not show up for two days to complete the project leaving all equipment running. They used our personal pool equipment which was then damaged beyond repair and did not dispose of the old liner in a professional manner. This is not the type of company anyone should be dealing with or paying for....And it is not cheap. The sales pitch is wonderful but that is about all.

They won't call you back when there is a problem.

Upfront sales process pretty impressive but the rest of the experience was terrible. Projected time for install missed by 2 weeks without any communication. Worse than that you have to constantly chase down what I assume is a 3rd party installer. They NEVER answer the phone; always a phone service. They still owe me a part and partial refund with no action from 5 phone calls and a few emails. If I have any future problems I have zero confidence in them supporting their warranty. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. Don't be fooled by upfront sales person.

We signed a contract to replace our liner with the salesman after he inspected our pool. We pointed out rust on the side walls. He said it wasn't a problem. When the workmen showed up they said the pool could not be repaired. I think the salesman should have done a better inspection. We were not charged so that was great customer service.
