Palm Beach Signature Clean LLC

Let me preface this with the fact that the work WAS NOT DONE. And I hate that I have to give this one star to even submit a review. I used their service once before. They were great then. I asked if they could fit me in this holiday week and they did BUT I had to prepay for the cleaning. Fast forward, cleaner was a no show and the owner is ghosting my texts and calls. See attached messages. His name is Nick Maiorino. I will continue to post negative reviews like this until I receive my money.

The cleaning job was okay, a 3 star at best. However, a couple of weeks later I get another credit card charge for $1,500.00. After many attempts to get a reply they call to say, "Oops, we confused you with another customer. We will fix our error and cancel the charge." A couple of weeks later, instead of a refund, another charge of $1,500.00. Repeated calls and emails have gone unanswered. Basically, they have used my charge card for a $3,000.00 loan. Sorry that one star was as low as possible. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO.

Arrived on time, did a great job cleaning my home, will definitely recommend to my friends.
