He was fast and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

I called Chris and told him I needed a number of repairs to ready my home for inspection. He called and said he could do all of them, but he never got back to me, so I called him again, left a message, and my phone number. In the meantime I hired someone else to do the electrical. Chris finally emailed me and said he didn't have my number which I know he did, but I still needed someone to fix a leaky shower head, put in four drawer mounts, and strap my water heater. He showed up late, and then had to leave because he forgot his tools. He got back and worked for two hours. He charged me $200.00. He miscalculated the sales tax and charged me double . The leaky shower head did not pass inspection, and once he had finished strapping ,and charging me for the water heater, he said, it had already been secured. I emailed him and told him that I wanted a refund for the shower and the 11.00 dollars in sales tax he over charged me. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he would leave a check under my mat by Wednesday . He did not leave a check and did not respond to my email.

..Chris was an easy guy to work with and will hire him again.

All things were done as I asked, done in a timely manner and he cleaned up after he was done. Very polite

Their work was acceptable, done in a timely manner with an excellent job on the clean up .
