The project was done very professionally. He came back after the project was finished to make sure we was definitely satisfied. Project was finished to our specification.

Daniel was on time,which is high priority in my books.He was fast efficient and well mannered in answering my questions.

In my opinion do not hire this company. I had a small amount of items that needed to be done including caulking around kitchen and bathroom sinks, the person obviously had never caulked before and left globs of caulking that were never smoothed out then washed off caulking in the sinks. They never completed the tasks, never contacted me with a schedule when they would arrive to complete the work. Absolutely unreliable, do not have the skills to do the work. When I contacted them to ask what is going on they gave the typical excuse of **family emergency** that was 7 days ago with no contact since then.

If they did not know how to do the job, he should have just told us instead of installing incorrectly.

Daniel responded immediately with an estimate of cost for landscaping (drainage system, tilling and planting grass seed and some ground cover), promptly scheduled the work, finished it as promised, and included in the price several follow up visits to check on germination of seed, health of plants, and effectiveness of drainage system, etc. Highly recommended!

Daniel showed up on time, did what we hired him to do, and charged us a reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

He did a great job building the outdoor table I specified. Kept in touch and got the job done on time. Also a reasonable price for the job. Highly recommend.
