Vendor responded to service request within 20 minutes arrived@ my home within 1 hour inspected my a/c unit diagnosed problem quoted me a price for repair which was very fair he assembled group of 4 repair men located parts needed to complete repairs to a/c guys showed up with parts these guys completed repairs within 4 hours ac performs like new. Also gave a 1 year warranty on repair.

We had used them for some flood remediation repair to our A/C equipment, which included replacement. When we had a problem today we just called them to come out again. They were here promptly, surveyed the problem, got the parts, and we are running again. The cost was slightly less than I anticipated, so for the quick, prompt repair we were well pleased.
