Powerwashing
I cannot recommend Josh James enough. He was very prompt to come out and quote me on my project. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I hired him to clean the entire exterior of my house, clean and repair my gutters, clean the concrete, remove/replace rotting boards on my deck, and to repaint my deck. The house looks completely different, and I really do have people driving by to tell me how amazing it looks now. I very much recommend his service, and I will be looking forward to working with Mr. James on future projects!

Amazing, professional service. One guy spent six hours(in a terrible heat wave) all by himself doing a fantastic job. Roof is pristine, sidewalks, driveway apron, and back patio are so bright it hurts my eyes. ;-) 110 percent recommend.

We have used him 3 times so far and we are really impressed by his service. My property management company exclaimed, "Wow, this is like a brand new house!" Anytime he thought he would be late, he immediately communicated with me, made things very easy for us. He gave extra tips and hints for how to maintain the property. They did a great job of cleaning out my gutters and installing covers on them for keeping debris from getting in the gutters in the future. They were very honest with regard to price and everything I needed to know about the job they were going to do. Everything they told me was true. Their price was fair and reasonable and was clearly explained how they derived that price. I intend to use them on other future jobs such as washing and cleaning the brick exterior; washing and cleaning the decks on the house; and washing and cleaning the sidewalks and driveway.

I actually hired him twice! The first was about a year ago, and the service was amazing. A quality job with state of the art equipment. He's a professional that knows that there is more to cleaning a roof and gutters than just washing them out. The little details were what made him different than someone who just "blows out" the gutters. Based on the first experience, we hired him again recently. He had a helper with him this time. The training and guidance he shared with that helper reinforced my belief that Josh is a pro. As an aside, he doesn't waste time. We have a big house with two stories and it is amazing how quick he gets the quality job done.

Josh called to let me know he was running a little late but showed at the time he told me. He went straight to work cleaning the cement steps of leaves. He then cleaned the gutter on the back of the house which was full of leaves. He than cleaned the deck of debris and leaves. After he finished he made sure i was happy with his work. I am going to have him come back and power wash the deck. He also cleaned the steps and walk way of leaves. He does what he says he will do and provides excellent work. His pricing are very reasonable.

Josh and his crew arrived early. Over the next four hours, we watched 20 years dissolve and wash away from our home. It was absolutely amazing. Josh made sure that every square inch of exterior surface was tended to and we were pleased with the result. We would recommend his company to anyone requiring this type of service. I am sure that we will be utilizing his services again. 5.0 for 5.0....
