Mr. Rizzo did a very thorough job of cleaning my pellet stove. I was at work when he came to clean the stove, and he kept me informed via cell phone of his progress, which I greatly appreciated. I am planning on using him again next year.

I think this is an interesting experience... The stove that I purchased is excellent. The design that we came up with for the installation did not work for us (the customer) and we were very unhappy. Chris helped us come up with a new design and both he and Bob reconfigured the stove. This is an excellent customer satisfaction story because it demonstrates how American Propane responded when things did not go well. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Ron Cohen
