American Property Maintenance Company

Bad experience drugs on job site Carson doesnâ  t know what he is doing!! Ruined my backyard for thousands of dollars Iâ  m going broke and really stressed now! Help! Beware !!!

They did a good job with everything and came back when a part of the yard was missed

Our HOA was problematic to deal with. It created a significant delay in confirming their approval to start the job, so we lost our slot with the landscaper.

Enjoyed working with Carson. He was helpful and reliable. Would definitely use him again and strongly recommend him.

work was performed on time, well and for a low cost (compared to other estimates)

American Property Management was delayed because of issues at a previous job, but did communicate with us. They were very neat and efficient.

Very professional. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable. Hard working.

American Property Maintenance Company did not fulfill the responsibility as we discussed in our preliminary meeting. He did not report on the day he was to start and did not call me. He utilized a plan that was given to me in my landscaping design instead of developing his own plan. Never receive or submit to me a formal receipt for the deposit and final payment. My Lawn he had to put down shrubbery and put mulch over the top of the grass. There procedures for good landscaping was not followed, there for grass and other weeds are growing faster than my plants.

Fast and did a fantastic job on the new driveway

They removed two trees due to storm damage

Fantastic work removing downed tree. Quick and clean.

They are a great company.
