Drywall Repair
Arturo Martinez did a good job of communication through the project and his work with the ceiling repair was fair. However, there were a few glitches. 1. He needed me to front him the money for materials, 2. He showed up each day between 9 and 11am but worked until 7pm, which put a little stress on a daily routine, 3. There were numerous times when something went wrong with his help or the job, and he was overheard yelling and cursing (f-words, etc), 4 he also contracted to paint the room. One of the worst pair jobs I have seen. The electric outlets were painted over, paint on window frames, etc. basically a very unprofessional job. If you were going to use him, I would stick to drywall.
