The salesman, Bill Percy, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the whole roofing process in detail. It sounded so good that we thought the price would be higher. But it ended up to be a very reasonable price for very high quality materials and work. All work was completed in one long day. Everyone was safe and professional. The yard looked spotless afterwards and the roof looks great. Another person came to inspect the next day, in case we had any problems or issues, which we did not. Would highly recommend this company.

The quality workmanship is above standards. This project required a total removal including Cedar Shakes, replace with half inch plywood, weatherproofing trimming, shingles. After all completed American Quality Home was not satisfied. I have the old ceramic siding they replaced all the broken pieces and fitted aluminum trim on all the areas where the roof meets the ceramic siding. Professionalism in a nut shell! My job was a total tear off and a new roof. AQH crew did a beautiful job. The property was thoroughly draped protecting the entire perimeter around the house. and The clean up left the property in better shape than when they arrived. Pricing was competitive and a detailed quote was provided. I would gladly recommend American Quality for your roofing and siding needs.

Responded quickly to all my inquiries, detailed estimate and warranty. Explained everything in detail, not just brief overview of what would be done as the other four estimates I got. It was a big job ripping everything to the beams, added plywood and GAF shingles and gutters. Repaired anything that may have been damaged by accident.

We recently hired American Quality Home Improvement to re-side our house which was built in 1985 and had its original vertical cedar wood siding. There were several features that separated American Quality Home Improvements from the other contractors that we received bids from that included a lifetime guarantee on workmanship, special capping features on the windows and doors, attention to detail and the accommodation of some special requests. Christian stayed close to us during the project and was quick to answer any concerns that we had. We are extremely happy with the result and have gotten several complements from our neighbors.

Christian was a great project manager. Great communication and visited the job site daily. The roof crew, window crew, siding crew and gutter crew were all polite and professional. Christian was great explaining every detail of the project, the time frame, and how the job would be organized and completed. Everything was done and completed according to schedule. The men doing the actual installation were organized, respectful of the owners and their property and worked extremely hard. The project was completed in the time projected with a thorough cleanup being done. The customer service was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to hire them again. We've owned our home for 45 years and this is one of the best home improvement projects we've experienced.

Christian was great. He explained everything about the project to the last detail and offered me different options with the type of siding. He also advised us if the workers can't make it for the day due to weather-related or other issues. The workers, Jose, Jose and Walter were very polite and did a very good job installing the siding and did some little extras I asked them to do like installing security lights, etc. They were a joy to work with.

The workers were on site continuously until the job was completed. Craftmanship and skill levels were at the highest. Of particular note, they were creative enough to accommodate me with regard to certain specific modifications I requested. No additional charges were incurred. Management was very proactive in communicating with me to insure that I was fully satisfied as the job moved forward. I would not hesitate in using this company for future projects.

Christian was excellent to work with. His workers did a great job making our home look beautiful. Christian worked well with our contractor. Timing was key since we had to remove asbestos prior to building an addition. We had asbestos siding removed and then James Hardie siding put on. Our home looks beautiful. I highly recommend using AQHI.

Christian hasn't started on the work yet, BUT, so far everything has been GREAT!!!! Christian is VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND, EXPLAINS EVERYTHING!!!! Work is scheduled to start 9/27 or 9/28. CAN'T WAIT!!!! Will send another review when work is completed!!!
