They educated me on the process on how the radon abatement installation works to start, which in my book is important. They came out to assess where to install pipe and ended up coming back b/c to do it correctly was going to take a little extra time. They didn't charge extra and came out and did a great job installing everything and making it look like just another pipe sticking out of my roof. I can't explain how great they were, I'd definitely recommend them.

The service man was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything he was going to do before he started the work, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The company's willingness to come up to upgrade our system to insure a timely completion of the work before closing on the sale of our home was greatly appreciated. John was very customer oriented and personable.
