ABOUT OUR PARENT COMPANY American Real Estate Investments (AREI) was founded in Kansas City, MO in 2000 and moved the headquarters to Dallas in 2011. American Real Estate Investments (AREI) believe in helping investors build generational wealth through real estate. We focus on four areas within the real estate market so that we can prioritize our efforts for our investors. Our team has produced over 7,000 single-family rental assets in 12 markets nationwide and were named “turnkey provider of the year” by Think Realty Magazine in 2016.
