We service residential clients that are looking for quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service at a fair price. Our specialty covers single family homes to condominium high-rises in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Please note, though we do provide free estimates, we do pay for your lead. Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
Pete & Chris did a great job of staying on schedule (actually ahead of schedule a bit) and were excellent at communication. I had a room added and hardwood floors sanded and refinished, so no tiny project. The work was done on the early end of their original estimate for exactly the price they quoted. No surprises. The quality and value were great. I will certainly use them again.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS. People who are as concerned with the outcome of a project as I am should know that they need to be present or check in as the work is being done to be sure it is as you wish. This is true even when working with good artisans like American Rehabber's. I just finished a HUGE renovation and worked with good, great and horrible contractors and I now know the difference. However I DID need to repeat the request for a "mixed" look of my natural stone (alternating grain, dark and light tiles to get a balanced look) to the installer on the project even though I heard the supervisor say the same thing to him. If you're particular (as I am) hang around or stop by a couple times. Also, when a "problem" came up -- the installer had a solution that would have looked terrible (to me) and been less functional. Because I was there, I encouraged him to try a different method and he did, without argument, and it is a BEAUTIFUL job. Really a great artisan. EVEN WHEN WORKING WITH PEOPLE AS GREAT AS THIS HOWEVER, DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN PAY, LEAVE AND COME BACK HAPPY. This is important advice for rehab customers -- I didn't know it two years ago.
