American Residential Inspections

Quick turn-around & great communication.

Patrick was very thorough and professional. Excellent job.

Exceptional service and support. Patrick has been the best home inspector I've retained of the 6 homes I've purchased over the past 30 years. He was very focused and professional, yet took time to help us understand the issues and concerns we should consider in purchasing the home. Should I look to purchase another home in the Arlington TX area, the first person I will call will be American Residential Inspections.

Great friendly service with lots of built in extras. It was so handy to have our report printed and available the same day.

Patrick did a very thorough job and was able to walk me through all the issues identified as well as dicuss potential solutions. Would highly recommend.

Patrick was great! I would definitely recommend him and his company to inspect your home, Patrick was very thorough and explained everything to the "T"! I have absolutely NO complaints and they are VERY cost efficient although my home was a new home..I hope this helps! Thanks so much, Mrs. Baker

Very clear, very detailed, any questions I had were quickly answered with explainations that were very clear. I called later to ask a question about how much dirt I needed to cover the foundation on the side of the house, and he told me exact;y how many bags my particular project needed!!!! I would recoment ARI to everyone!!!

Overall I was very impressed with the Inspector. On time, quick, had an answer for every question, we were given the report verbally as we walked through the house and also received the full report with pictures. It was worth the price, I would definitley refer the Inspector again.

Pat Sullivan was very professional and accommodating to my schedule. By the time I arrived at the site, he was ready to go over his completed report. I was very impressed. I would use this firm and/or recommend ARI to friends.

Mr. Bullivan was professional and prompt. He did a very detailed job in checking everything and specifically explained his findings. I would recommend him to others.

Mr. Sullivan was very professional and so helpful. He gave me information about caring for my foundation and fixing the items that needed some repair work done to them. I would highly recommend him. I was very very pleased with his professionalism as well as his knowledge base. I could not have selected a better person to do the appraisal on my house.

He was very helpful and still helped answer my questions even after the inspection. I would recommend him to everyone. He is the only process of buying a house that was easy and understandable.

He has done my house. He has done 150 inspections for me. He just does wonderful work. He is very flexible for the work. He will email me the information and he also works with the customer.
