When it comes to professionalism, competency and honesty, this young man exemplifies it on the job. I had a situation where I participated in an energy program through PGE where the installers of the equipment hooked things up incorrectly. After my heat and AC started running at the same time, I called American Residential Heating and Cooling to check my system out. Austin showed up and started working diligently. He could have easily charged whatever and went along with the poor work previously done. Instead, he troubleshoots a few hours to ensure the problem was identified and showed me exactly where the problem was from the incorrect installation previously done. He even took the time to get on the phone and make sure the previous folks knew the hazards they caused and the damage that could have been done. I appreciate that he worked hard to fix what needed to be and did not take advantage in any way of our situation. It is a done deal now, when it is time for any type of yearly check up on our system or repairs needed down the road, I will call American Residential Heating and Cooling.
