I called late in the afternoon with an urgent request for help. Our drains were clogged and the back-up was flowing into our air conditioning condensation drain pipes and leaking into our basement, so we had to turn off our air conditioning until the drain could be cleared. They arranged to come to our house at 8:00 the next morning. They were able to clear the drain and also clean out the air conditioning pipes, so we did not have to call anyone else. They could have hit us with a big charge since we were desperate....but they were very reasonable in the amount they charged us. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again whenever I have a plumbing issue.

He was very knowledgeable about his work. He took time and made sure we understood what he was doing. Very clean and I mean very clean, any mess he made he cleaned it. Reko took care and much respect for our belongings. Very courteous and friendly. When he was done, 2 days later he called to make sure everything was working properly and that we were satisfied. We are so satisfied, we invited Reko for our 4th of July cookout.

Needed an HVAC company ASAP to remove on old floor furnace before hardwood floors could be refinished. Literally 3 minutes after posting on Angie s list, I received a call; had an estimate within 2 hours and they were able to come out the next morning. Rico was great; not only did he remove the furnace completely (could have just dropped it down into the crawl space) but he cleaned up after himself AND repaired the connection from the old furnace to the existing chimney so we wouldn t have a future pest problem. All staff went above and beyond and will use them again for any HVAC needs. They were able to keep our reno on time and on budget

Very nice, polite and professional. Showed up on time and did their work well. I have no idea about the price because this is (fortunately) not a situation I face regularly, although the price charged was completely consistent with their pre-work estimate. Overall, they were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them.

Overall I was satisfied with my new furnace install and some additional plumbing. The company seems to be honest and dependable. I also like that they guarantee their work. I do wish they had 12 months interest free financing like the other bids I had.
