Smokers, oil spot in my driveway. Very inexpensive but sometimes cheap is not the best!

Doors (Interior) - Install or Replace
Was to install interior door. Money paid on visa card for cost of door and materials Jan.3rd. Was told Jan. 17th door and transom were ordered. Was told Jan. 24th door was in but wrong transom arrived. Was told Jan. 29th door was in but wrong transom but door would be prepped for install on Feb 2nd. This was after numerous calls and e-mails to the owner with no response. Was told on Feb. 2nd door was in and would be installed on Feb. 7th, no call or e-mail . Will not answer calls but took my money on Jan. 3rd. VISA has requested money back and is the process of having it returned to my account. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I have contacted the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU about this company and its owner.

Arrived 2 hours late. Took two men 2.5 hours to replace 3 ceiling fans that I had removed prior to their arrival. I found screw in my rug which may me very nervous about the installation and the fans working properly and for how long they will work. They were smokers and going in and our of my house with out covers on their shoes. Their truck also left an oil spot in my driveway. I am not please with my decision on hiring American Restoration!

Daniel and Mike did a great job replacing my pool liner and opening my pool. They were able to schedule me in on short notice and I truly appreciate all the advice and helpful tips on maintaining the pool. Being a first time pool owner the maintenance can be a little overwhelming but they provided some simple steps and I am very grateful for their patience and expertise. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family! Thanks so much!

We attempted to facilitate your service request to another company we have worked with often. We received no commission from that job. American restoration takes pride in its good standing with home advisor and our customers. Other than the cost you seemed to have found the service performed acceptable. This company does fantastic work! They do all the extras, go above and beyond the normal routine by making sure everything about the pool and pool area is in tip top shape for a very fair price. They are dependable, they come when they say they will, honest and knowledgeable. If there is anything that was not done to my satisfaction they want to know and will fix it before being paid! Great company!

Repaired #1 major leak from the pool pump & #2 the Polaris. With each visit more was done than expected. They communicated well with me. I will continue to do business with them.

They showed for the first cleaning. It was not cleaned well. Lots of dirt still on pool floor. I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking it settled back and they would get it next time. They never showed and never called. I have called both numbers. The guy on the construction side said he would try and get a hold of him but three days later still no call.

They contacted me immediately after I contacted Home Advisor. They Completed the work in a professional and timely matter. . They even did more than I expected by repairing a broken part with no additional cost to me. I have finally found a reliable contractor for my pool in my area which is Hendersonville, TN.
