Not Reliable and disrespectful

American Restoration was a pleasure to deal with. They do amazing work & they are reasonably priced. They are very honest & polite. My house loons absolutely beautiful!!! We will not only be recommending them to others, but we will use them for future work.

Had my kitchen cabinets painted and they did a wonderful job!! The painter was neat, clean and professional. I would gladly recommend them.

I hired American Restoration to finish building a porch and a deck on the back of my house. This was through Mr. Roy Christian the contractor. He sent a work crew of four men headed by Mr. Jeff Davis. This was the best money I ever spent on my home. The porch was built 16x20 and enclosed, then a covered deck 16x20 was built. It was some of the best work I've seen. A medal cover was built over the deck and a extension was built for my grill. Mt. Jeff Davis was so meticulous in his work and would not quick until it was done right. This crew was some of the nicest and polite men I've met. During this process I coordinated with Mr. Christian and his assistant Mr. Dennis Walsh. Both these men went out of there way to help and make sure this job was done properly. I saw several negative comments given to this business. Anyone who has had work done with this business apparently did not contact Mr. Christian or Mr. Welsh to fix any problem they had. I know they would have taken care of it like they did mine. There is always some people you can't satisfy no matter what work you do for them. This business can fix anything you want done and do it right. I highly recommend this business you will not be disappointed! A+A+A+A+ I

Showed up when promised, friendly, easy to communicate with. When job was completed, did a walk thru to inspect. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

we hired them to paint a deck, garage and 4 rooms in home, afterwards I needed a renovation, they had paint in carpet, wood floors, on solid oak furniture, my dining room table, put huge dent in solid oak furniture they promised to have fixed and have not, paint on mirrors, paint in tub and mirrors need I say more.....they just passed it off ......well I am not they are going by different names aka Darrel aka Junior aka Roy Christian and they also change the company name the BBB cannot even get in touch with these crooks but they messed with the wrong woman, I will stop u from doing this to others.

First visit tried several saw blades, all too dull to rip a 2X6 from my wood. Originally said he would bring new pc but then said HD did not have. Came back 2 days later with new 2X6 and better blades. Did a bandaid job left leaving unfinished pc installed, sitting on a piece that he did not bother to secure. Said it was tight enough. Overall shotty, for minimum $250 cost. I would not hire again.

They did a great job painting the exterior of my house. The job was thorough and done well. I only wish there could have been more communication b/t us about when they would be there. I did not expect them to be at the house all day Sat and Sun (it was fine but was a surprise). I also would have appreciated communication on the day it rained that indicated they wouldn't be there (I didn't expect them to come but would have liked the courtesy call).

Roy Christian was very professional and knowledgeable. His workers were able to get my house pressure washed and painted within 5 days and worked diligently each day. I am very pleased with their service.

First time working with American Restoration and wanted them to paint the interior of our new home. They were professional and completed the project better than I hoped... I hired them again to paint the exterior of the house... again, a fantastic job. I was so impressed we requested that they replace our existing deck that was more than ready to be replaced. The team finished the deck beautifully and in record time, without any problems! The material was delivered the day they said it would, the guys were great and worked as a team to have it finished in a timely manner... did I mention that their quality of work was A+++. I've since hired them to do more work at my home. American Restoration is now my "go-to" contractor for any work that needs to be done. I would recommend them to anyone that was having work done. Best group that I've seen in years!!

They painted my house, inside and out. I had originally had good communication and response from this pro. Once they were done, I attempted to contact them by phone and text and to discuss issues I was having and did not get a response. I found a broken item, the paint on the outside on the chimney is peeling off, and there was paint left on doors and other items that I had to clean up. I had to remind them that they had agreed to paint the closets. I cannot recommend these individuals to others.

Entire porch converted from screened to enclosed with 6 ft. casement windows. Very timely with estimate. Work began when promised and worked every day never leaving for another job. Thanks for that!! Came out exactly as we hoped. However, the negative - end result... not totally satisfied with several items that I had to finish or that I have to correct their mistakes. Too bad, could have been a 4.5- 5.0.

Great crew did an awesome job. Very happy with the deck work and painting. Will definitely hire again.

They were hard working and on time guys. The did what the said they would do.

This project is not completed as of yet. Review a little too soon. But, so far, work is good. Repainting kitchen cabinets and one bathroom vanity. Looks good neat job.

These guys are awesome. They went over and beyond to get my project completed. Darius sent 4 guys (including his very hard working Dad) to come out on a Sunday while it was super cold outside to paint the exterior of my house. You have to call Darius though as he's not a texting kinda guy but he is responsive if you call. I look forward to working with these guys again and would recommend them to anyone!

Amazing from start to finish. Roy always got back to me right away, gave the best price I received and the quality of work by his team was excellent. Will Definetly hire them again for our next project
