American River Fence

I appreciate American River Fence and would hire them again. My job was small, repairs to my outside gate. However, they drove to my house and gave me a reasonable estimate. I was given an appointment to do the repairs and they arrived and fixed the issue on that date. The repairs were completed quickly and to my satisfaction.

Got my fence move closer to the front of my yard and got a new gate. Gate post was sturdy and look better than what I had. . However, I didn?t like that there were big gaps. The bottom of the gate had a big gap and the side of the gate to the house have a big gap.the gap at the bottom of the gate was too wide. I know a cat couldn?t go under it but it was too wide so I asked the tech to close it a little. He didn?t like that I asked him to close the gap but I want to feel comfortable with the look of my gate. He reminded me that closing the bottom gap could void the warranty if stones get under it. A strip of wood on the gate post, to close the gap would have been nice especially that it wouldn?t interfere with the structure or warranty but would just give me a little more privacy.

The crew was very flexible, and although had not been made aware of some last minute changes, made the changes in a way that felt almost seamless. Real pros.

I highly recommend this company. They built my good neighbor fence with two gates and solved a drainage issue by building a mow strip retaining wall and french drain at a very reasonable cost. I will do business with them again in the future.

AMERICAN RIVER FENCE WAS EXCELLENT FROM BEGINNING TO END. On time, fast, great finished product. Will definitely call them again.

Delayed start date one day due to rain previous week causing delays, then on a Thursday they set posts, but when it started to sprinkle they quit for the day and didn't come back until the following Monday. Overall quality however was fine!!!
