Workers are carefully chosen & back ground checked. At all times the owner is on the job managing the job; this is onsite accountability. We have been doing this successfully for years . This saves you time and money. We deploy ready to work. We offer the 2 hour minimum and a hourly there after....or a day price. Call us for our competitve billing rates and to discuss your project. We will then determine the best and most cost effective process to handle your need. We except credit cards on jobs over $2000. We except cash, zelle or venmo payments for anything less. Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
Good Mike showed up when expected and was friendly. Price was lower than other professional quotes received. Doors were installed such that they can close and lock. Bad Installed door is out of square with the frame, with about 3mm difference in the gap between the door and the frame from the hinge side. Door also tilts inward such that one corner does not contact the stop. Hardware was scraped and bent to put in the door where the existing mortise should have been carved to fit. Ends of nails stick out of the frame.

Estimate was $350. - $375., actual price was $400., with no explanation as to why it went over the estimate. It was a roof repair of damage done by a raccoon, uncovering wood rot from water leakage around electrical entrance. I am assuming it will not leak but time and rain will tell. He had scrap lumber to fix the problem, that was nice. we had leftover tarpaper and shingles from our reroof 5 years ago.

Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
Mike was great to work with. We had a challenging installation involving a front door with manufacturing defects and some problems with the door casing. Mike did an excellent job problem-solving on the fly to get around these challenges. The finished product is wonderful. The door looks great and functions extremely well. I would hire him again for similar projects without any reservations.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job building a wall to convert our playroom into a bedroom and hallway. As an example of his workmanship, we asked him to match the existing bedroom doors, which home depot and lowes didn t carry. He drove across town to find the door itself, but had to build the entire door frame from scratch, which is no easy task. The final product was perfect. He also did electrical, lighting, painting and minor hvac work, following the job requirements to the T, on time with no excuses. He s a sharp dude! I ll hire him again for sure.
