He replaced both baffles and the pipe whi ch connects to the pipe in the house. He also pumped the tank. Hopefully it will last for years more.

Chad was on time, friendly, and was willing to answer all my questions. He inspected my septic system and showed me why pumping was not necessary at this time. That saved me a bundle. When the tank does need pumping, I will be calling Chad back to do it.

Chad contacted me shortly after I listed the project and told me he would be out in about an hour, he showed up sooner. He determined due to tree roots he could not open the tank, being Saturday this could have been a problem. Chad got on the phone and arranged for an other company to come with an excavator to dig out the opening. He returned Sunday and pumped the tank. He discovered a couple of additional problems and again arranged to have someone come out to do the repairs. Chad could have simple said "when you get things fixed call me". No he spend a great deal of time on the phone to make certain our problem was resolved as quickly as possible. If you need septic pumping this is the company to call.

I let him know in advance about the job needing to be done and he then charged over $250 more than quoted. While at the house he was very agitated and my wife felt he was being jerk and asked me to come home.

Arrived on time, very friendly and went to work immediately on a cold wet Sunday morning. Diagnosed a problem with second stage tank pump ( which could only be repaired or replaced by a service licensed in King County). Gave us the referral phone number for a company with the specialty license). Pumped out tank one, drained as much water as he could from tank 2, cleaned up the grounds. Very professional.
