During the process Underground lines were cut and in my yard its going to cost me more to put my yard back together. Beware of the Underground Lines.

We were very satisfied with the quick response time and communication up until the job was completed. They did a great job. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 in the "value for money" category is because they were priced the same as other septic companies. We chose to go with them because of their awesome customer service. It would have been nice if they were also priced a bit more under the competition, but overall we were very pleased and will recommend them to others. Thank you.

An alarm went off on my septic system at 10 PM on a Sunday night. I contacted All American Monday morning, & they were able to get to my house by noon. They determined the problem quickly, explained to me what was going on, & charged a fair price for their house call. Thank you All American.

They were quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. They repaired my drain field, at a reasonable price and the yard was clean, when they left.

They saw a better way to do the job and saved me some money on the job and also gave me advise to prevent my system from backing up again in the future. Somewhere wires were crossed on the cost because of distance but regardless they took care of me making this an affordable venture. Their work was diligent and the workers super friendly with plenty of advice on what more we could do since we were stuck in a budget. I would not hesitate to contact them again or share the name with anyone

This is a father - son business. The father's name is Dawson . He handles the Septic tank problem's. Whenever I hire anyone to fix a problem around the house , no matter what the job is , they come do the job as fast as they can and leave so they can get to the next job with very little feedback, interaction or educating me as to what I need to do differently to prevent future problems. Not Dawson. Dawson comes across as someone who is intelligent, cares about doing as thorough of a job as if he was doing it at his own house , and educating you as to what you need to do to prevent future problem's . I have had other companies pump my Septic tank before and when they finished they wouldn't have done near as much work as Dawson ended up doing , something I would not have known until I observed everything that Dawson did. Dawson bent over backwards not to disrupt my yard anymore than was needed. He is a Professional in every way , well worth what I paid him.
