Great service! Absolutely the most thorough cleaning and very pleasant customer service. Very good communication: when something came up and Charlotte couldn’t make the first date we set, she reached out right away and suggested alternative times.

Charlotte and her team are awesome. They came for my initial deep clean and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They worked hard and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Looking forward to having them back for my biweekly service.

Charlotte worked with me on changing service date and time due to a snow storm. She arrived timely. Charlotte was friendly and easy to work with. Prepared the condo for move in; cleaned Frig and all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets along with the rooms. She wanted me to look at the job before payment. I will use her again.

Charlotte arrived on time with her crew and they did an awesome job on the one-time move-out cleaning project. The apartment was like new after they were done cleaning. I liked her work so much, that my husband and I have hired Charlotte to clean our new home on a monthly basis with the potential for additional cleaning to prepare for holidays. Charlotte is real sweet who is professional, timely, and does excellent work. The apartment had a nice clean scent when they were through. The oven looked like brand new, and the floors shined. The price was a little bit high, but I would recommend them for one time cleanings.

They are extremely personable, professional and did a very thorough cleaning of the house. They asked good questions, listened to my concerns and did an impressive job. People who have seen the house post-cleaning were impressed.

Char and her team are wonderful! I am very picky about my kitchen and bathrooms and they were spotless when the team left. The team consisted of three really skilled cleaners. They came in after I gave Char a tour and showed her where I kept the cleaning supplies. I think Char uses her own supplies, but she looked at what I had and took what appealed to her. They went to work immediately and it was clear that each team member knew what they were responsible for. While I sat and caught up on some reading, the only sounds I heard were cleaning sounds--the vac, trash being emptied, objects being moved for dusting and gently set back down. Having had house cleaner before, I noticed that certain sounds were missing--idle chatter, message dictation, cellphone calls, and a breaking niknac. The team was respectful of my home and belongings, very eager to please, amazingly efficient, very reasonably priced. I am so glad Char was able to fit me in her schedule! These are good people with an old fashioned work ethic.!
