I used their service June 2, 2025, To move my items to my new apartment home. They showed up and took control, as I did not have to lift a finger.They had their own unique style of packing up and wrapping up. Asian style and I just loved it. They make moving seem fun. And I was not sure if they could move my hospital bed. But with a blink of and eye they had taken it apart and wrapped it up and put it on the truck. Since I have to use public transportation. I was to meet them at my new place.. But when I arrived, the property manager said the movers have finish already and left. We both felt amazed how fast and professional they were. And when I step into my new home. They have put fridge/freezer items up and hung my clothes up in the closet and put my hospital bed back together. I basically could take breath and relax. I highly recommend them, and will use them myself again. You cannot pick a better moving company. Awesome!! Thank you

This is my second time using American Smart Moving Services and I canâ  t say enough positive things about them. From the moment you call them you are treated with professionalism and care. The crews are very careful and diligent and work extremely hard not to waste time. They are very fair with pricing and are an incredible value for what they provide. They will 100% get a call from me if I have any moving needs and I will make sure to recommend them to any friends or family that need moving assistance.

Alex is super professional. He came and spoke with me after a full day of work, and had followed up. They padded all my furniture and protected my wood flooring. They were punctual and less expensive than a company I had used for 20 years. The crew was polite professional and pleasant.

They have moved me five times, they are always on time, the guys are always hustling all the time and there is never and I do mean never a scratch on anything! This company and their team are truly one of a kind, they are absolutely top notch and do truly impeccable work! I will never use anyone but them to move my belongings!

Very hands on. Knew exactly what boxes were where. Went out of his way to deliver an item to us. Great communication, crew was nice and nothing got broken.
