American Standard Foundation Repair

I had interacted with four different companies and these guys was authentic, knowledgeable, and was concerned for my problems. It was clear of who I wanted to handle my project. Highly recommended

Nice to see good service still exists in Memphis. Prompt, courteous, and they showed up when they said they would show up. Imagine that! They didn’t over quote me like the other 2 places did. I appreciated the honesty. That goes a long way with me. James Stone and his crew were total pros. They all shook my hand upon completion. First class all around.

I had put my 120-year-old home on the market and learned from an inspection that there was an issue with sagging foundation in one room. I called American Standard Foundation Repair and James came to look at it and gave me an estimate. He very clearly described what would be done. When I got the information to sign and approve starting the work, I looked at the things that could possibly happen - cracks in plaster, windows that wouldn't open, and I was concerned. They scheduled the work as soon as they could because there was already an offer on the house contingent on this being done. They completed the work in a half a day and I can't believe the difference it made in that floor. It feels very solid now, not a rickety old wooden floor. They were very professional from the start, during the work and follow up. No damage was done on the inside of the house at all.

As part of a Real Estate Transaction foundation repairs were required. ASF was contracted to complete the repairs required by the Engineering Company. Jeff was our point of contact. He was proactive, informative and knowledgeable! The team of workers were real go getter’s! Without ASF not sure the transaction would have happened! No doubt I would recommend American Standard Foundation! Thanks Again ASF! Keith Woods Crye-Leike Realtors Affiliate Broker
