We were in the market for a new roof. We got a couple of estimates and American Standard wasn't the lowest but very competitive. I'm sure glad we went with them. They kept us in the loop so we always knew what was going on. They were very professional and polite. The workmanship was excellent and great cleanup. We highly recommend them. Definitely a five star company.

The crew, led by Kayleigh, arrived early, and they completed the job with the utmost professionalism. This was a roof replacement, with two layers of shingles. My neighbor left for work at 7 am and when she returned at 4 pm, they were done with all but a few touch-ups and finishes. I was thoroughly impressed with the individual work ethic and the character displayed by each member of the crew. I will be recommending them to my neighbors, and I highly recommend them to you. One final note: the office staff at American Standard Roofing was very attentive and responsive when called upon. I had a positive experience with the entire team from estimate to completion. Job well done! 5 STARS!!!

They were knowledgeable, polite and fast. Plus when they raked up their debris, they raked my entire yard! It looked better when they left than it did when they first came.

Supervisor has bullied me - they have taken over 10 months to replace my roof and repair the damage done to my cedar shake during the roof installation. Very slow to perform work. Poor work ethic. Owner of company died recently, now the company is very difficult to deal with.

D H, ASR was hired to replace the roof. In order to do it correctly, the cedar shake siding that was old and improperly installed prior was compromised at the lower 4". At NO additional charge to the home owner, ASR removed and installed new cedar shake on the entire home. After the job was completed, DH personally told us the home looks better and has better curb appeal then ever. The project turned out beautiful. We had our supervisor write an apology if he offended the customer when requesting to get paid after all the work was performed. The Roof replacement, the original job was completed and replaced in 1 to 2 days. The entire cedar replacement work that was done as a courtesy is what took the remainder of the time. We refused to accept any payment until the job was 100% completed to DH's satisfaction. Our founder, Mr. Goodman, left us almost one year ago. The employees and the leaders of our company are still here and still go way over and above to take care of our clients and our community.

Received a no pressure quote, and the price was very competitive, so we hired them. The crew was on time, and finished the job in one day. They were very polite and the cleanup they did after the job was remarkable. I was very satisfied with the entire process.

I tend to be very critical and demanding. The fact that I am giving five stars speaks volumes. Mr. Arnie Goodman and his team were all excellent. The installers were very professional and hard working. I could not be happier with the cost and quality.
