I receive several quotes from different roofing company, but the quote that I got from Brent was a complete quote in writing outline in detail which made my decision very easy and the price was right. Also the roofers Matt, Juan, Anthony and others with Tees crew, Finish up my roofing job in Lathrup Village. They did an excellent job. I am totally impressed with their knowledge and understanding of roofing system. I knew having my place re-roof would require an experienced crew to understand what is happening. If you are to have a re-roof or new roof put on I would recommend them.

We hired a different roofing company last year and purchased all of the materials through them and had it delivered to my garage. Long story short, that did not end as planned, and I was left with a garage full of roofing materials and no one to do the installation. I saw ASR 5 homes down in my subdivision in Farmington Hills, and decided to go check out the crew. I called the number on the sign, and they sent a representative out within an hour (this was after 6:00 pm!) He was extremely kind, and ASR gave me an EXCELLENT Price to do the installation (only) and to finish the job that the other company no longer had the capacity to complete. When the crew arrived they were ALL SO AMAZING. My crew was led by 'Cash' and he gave me a level of peace in my mind that I never expected. He said that he treats every job like it's his own home, and that they would never do anything less than exceptional for the families they serve. The crew did a full tear off, replaced several sheets of plywood, and installed my new roof in less than 12 hours - the other company estimated a 3-4 day installation. He assured me that they were VERY good at what they did. My Salesman Zach was equally amazing and the Project Manager, Jessica, also made me feel seen, heard, and it was obvious that they ALL at ASR really appreciated my business. Now, I have an AMAZING installation, a 10-Year Labor Warranty, no more Mold in my Attic (which concerned me with a new born and other young kids). But most impressively is that I now have peace of mind and can rest assured knowing that my roof is ready for Michigans unpredictable weather and I am extremely - extremely - extremely THANKFUL and GRATEFUL to this company and the awesome staff. Do NOT waste your money on any other company. Hire them, and thank me later. OH YEAH, The clean-up was perfect. I will refer them to everyone I know, and will only use them for any future roof work. The crew at American Standard Roofing performed very well at our house in Brighton. They arrived on time and got to work immediately shoveling the snow from the roof and tearing off both layers. The quality of ice dam and shingles is excellent. The placement of the new gutters and downspouts was perfect. They finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the site. I would recommend this company to anyone lokking to install a quality roof

We were in the market for a new roof. We got a couple of estimates and American Standard wasn't the lowest but very competitive. I'm sure glad we went with them. They kept us in the loop so we always knew what was going on. They were very professional and polite. The workmanship was excellent and great cleanup. We highly recommend them. Definitely a five star company.

The crew, led by Kayleigh, arrived early, and they completed the job with the utmost professionalism. This was a roof replacement, with two layers of shingles. My neighbor left for work at 7 am and when she returned at 4 pm, they were done with all but a few touch-ups and finishes. I was thoroughly impressed with the individual work ethic and the character displayed by each member of the crew. I will be recommending them to my neighbors, and I highly recommend them to you. One final note: the office staff at American Standard Roofing was very attentive and responsive when called upon. I had a positive experience with the entire team from estimate to completion. They were knowledgeable, polite and fast. Plus when they raked up their debris, they raked my entire yard! It looked better when they left than it did when they first came.

Supervisor has bullied me - they have taken over 10 months to replace my roof and repair the damage done to my cedar shake during the roof installation. Very slow to perform work. Poor work ethic. Owner of company died recently, now the company is very difficult to deal with.

Received a no pressure quote, and the price was very competitive, so we hired them. The crew was on time, and finished the job in one day. They were very polite and the cleanup they did after the job was remarkable. I was very satisfied with the entire process.

I tend to be very critical and demanding. The fact that I am giving five stars speaks volumes. Mr. Arnie Goodman and his team were all excellent. The installers were very professional and hard working. I could not be happier with the cost and quality.

The crew of 8 people arrived right on time as did the materials. The old roof was stripped off revealing several sheets of rotted plywood and some edging that needed to be replaced as did the chimney saddle. The wood had rotted. All of the bad wood was replaced as was the chimney saddle. All flashing and counter-flashing was replaced. The team worked very expeditiously in applying the ice guard leak barrier and the synthetic underlayment. All new drip edge was installed and then the Dimensional shingles applied. A new ridge vent was put on both the house and garage. The cleanup was superb. The crew meticulously picked up every last piece of old shingle and trash and went over the lawn and driveway with a magnetic rake to pick up any stray nails. Overall, I would rate this company a straight 5 star, from the time I first interviewed them until they completed the job. The price was right in line with typical roofing jobs in this area. Also, they took no money up front. They did not get paid until the job was complete to my satisfaction. I had interviewed six different companies before deciding to use American Standard Roofing for my project. They came through with flying colors! This is a first rate company and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

The crew was very accommodating, courteous and professional. They covered the shrubs, they picked up all debris, they arrived at 8:30am and finished up the project around 7:00pm just taking a lunch break. I would definitely recommend American Standard Roofing. They beat all bidders and I had 5 separate estimates. Arnie, Chris and Chuck were terrific working with me on the different shingles. I chose the CertainTeed Landmark Weathered Wood, a little more in cost but worth it, even the roofing crew said I made the correct choice.
