I had fire damage in one small room of my trailer was quoted 3 weeks to 1 month for completion, it has been 3 months and still not complete. They had no problem taking the insurance money as quickly as i could get it, but have never seemed very enthusiastic about completing the job. For the past month and a half they have been telling me it would be completed in 'one more week', i ask what takes so long they say,'we can only work so fast' they say that without the knowledge that my neighbor has been keeping tabs on when they do come to work. Twice a week, 4-5 hrs per day.

Materials delivered to job promptly. They kept me informed of start date and verified roofing codes with city permits to assure they met all requirements. The large crew completed the job in one day on a 3200 square foot roof! Other than a few stray nails, jobsite was left clean. Amercan Storm and Fire completed a mitigation form which reduced my homeowners insurance by nearly 500.00 immediately! Highly recommend for their knowledge, experience and professionalism.
