Hire them, they are the best

We hired this company because we have used them before and the work was excellent. This time we have had nothing but trouble. The workers did not clean up after themselves. For weeks I was picking up scrap metal, nails, screws, etc. When it rained we had water pouring in due to roof leaking. Now the rubberized roof is starting to wrinkle instead of lying flat. When we have called for repair, it may take several weeks to get here.

They kept their word and on time...

Quality of their work was excellent. They matched the color of our sunroom perfectly with house exterior. Everything is custom made. Workers were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. The project only took about 3 days. They are very busy, so we had to wait 5 months to get our sunroom, but it was worth the wait. The only downside was that I felt their rep did an oversell on the R-rating of the windows.

Very fast and friendly service. They got my window installed 4 weeks before we initially thought we were going to have to wait! They cut out and installed a brand new window all within a few hours!

They told me over and over about how they would make it right for the price on the contract. Now the final bill comes in a bit over and they are saying I owe more. They told me originally if it was over then they would pay difference.

Their salesman was very friendly and informative, he answered all of my questions politely. Although I did feel he was trying to push for a hard close within the first day, which is something I personally don't like. After signing an agreement and down payment (expect 50% down) I began to worry as I did not hear from them when they had told me. After leaving two voice mails I finally heard back from them, but was unable to schedule an appointment due to a conflict in my schedule with the time they wanted to come out. Again I did not hear from them for a while so I called them back a week or so later and finally was able to set up an appointment. Two gentlemen came out to measure my windows, both were very polite, kind, and seemed experienced. They told me I could expect to hear from them again in about 2 weeks to set up an appointment for install. Two weeks later and I received a call asking if they could come out the following week for 3 days. The next week they came out as planned. However, they were about 20 minutes late the first day, almost an hour late the second day, and came a half hour early the final day. The tardiness did not bother me much other than the fact that the first day it threw my schedule off some. Their workmanship is very high quality though. My windows look great inside and out , I had them do all of my windows and some were very large, but still look fantastic. The only issue I have with the install is that one cap of one of the window's handles fell off and they could not find it. I expect I will have to call them to get it replaced and I imagine it may take awhile to receive it.

Very helpful, prompt and concerned about keeping architectural integrity and look of your home.

Within the first 6 months of having windows and doors installed, we have had several issues. Drafty windows, one loosing seal, and patio door having rain and snow blowing in. This was fixed with a part that took 3 weeks to get in, yet it took several phone calls and 2 1/2 months to replace. Although the windows and doors have a lifetime warranty, it seems to take a lifetime to get issues resolved.

I had 14 windows, a patio door and a storm door installed by American Sunspace and they did a phenomenal job! They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with each window and door. I love the fact that they're a local company that has a high quality product and installation yet very competetively priced. I highly recommend!

When I contracted with American Sunspace, I was told that the windows would be ready in early December. However, they were not installed until Dec. 22nd. Still in time to get a tax break.

They do quality work and must be in great demand because they promised to in stall in 6 weeks of the quote which would have been week of Sept 20th - finally started work 3 week later on Oct. 11th. They finished the room on October 19th, and promised to bring the Screen Door to patio door the following week which turned into November 17th. The workers who installed the room were great, the worker who brought the screen door had to make minor adjustments in order to install, was great. The room itself is very nice and and I am extremely happy with it.

I was promised that they would begin within 3 weeks of my contract and they did. I had a large crew that made a heroic effort to finish by Mother's Day. Unfortunately the rain put a delay on our plans but it was completed shortly after. Bryan Smith was awesome, as are all the owners. Lots of personal attention and concern for details and their workmanship is excellent. We use it all the time. My only regret is that I wish my budget had allowed me a "bigger" one. Scott, my sales rep. said that is often heard. We love it! This company is the one you want to choose.
