I reached out to 3 different tree companies for quotes and Bob gave the most reasonable quote. He and his team removed trees and cleared out a small area in just a few hours. They were reliable, efficient, and professional. Later that day they came back to remove the trees from the front yard and even raked up anything that was left behind. I highly recommend American Tree Service.

Fast, professional, and reasonably priced! These guys have an impressive operation. I had trees and large branches removed around the perimeter of my property, around my power lines and leaning over the house. They executed with perfection and were in and out in 2.5 hrs. Then even cleaned up any stick litter and sawdust!

Bob and his team are all amazing. I don't have enough words to describe how satisficed I am with the work they performed. They arrived on time, walked with Bob and I around the properly listened in using headsets so they all knew exactly what needed to be done, Bob assigned the teams and they all dispersed and made quick work of removing 2 large trees, trimming 3 huge pines and 2 oaks. When they were done it was like they were never here - not a pine needle or leaf left on the ground!! HIGHLY recommend them! They will be back next year for another project of mine!!!

There is a median strip between my driveway and my neighbor's driveway, and there are two decaying trees along the strip. A few days ago I noticed that I had a situation where a large branch on one of the trees was torn and dangling over my driveway. I asked a friend for a referral for a tree surgeon, and she highly recommended Bob at American Tree. I was able to get him on the phone right away, and he came out and checked out the situation the next day. I am so fortunate that he and his crew were able to come only two days later and remove both trees. They did a professional job and cleaned up completely. Bob is very personable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

Arrived as scheduled and reviewed job with me before cutting. Excellent work. Excellent clean-up. Efficient and fast. Thorough. Bob knows trees; he cares about tree health and customer satisfaction. I called for a quote after I saw the social media post about Bob & his team rescuing the cat in the tree. The quote came in under another quote that I had received from another tree company that I previously worked with. The actual work date was weeks sooner than the anticipated lead time. Bob & his team did a fantastic job, the follow thru on scheduling was as discussed & clean-up was SUPURB!! They worked around my garden area as requested. I also had forgotten to ask if he could take off some dog run lines that I could not reach with my ladder...when I got home, they were coiled up at my back stairs!!! Definitely will be calling back when I'm ready to take down more trees.

I would recommend Bob and American Tree Service in a heartbeat. They are pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough, and very professional. Their pricing is very fair and competitive. The team was scheduled for early May and were able to come a week earlier which was greatly appreciated. Their clean-up was exemplary. Yes, yes, yes, I would recommend them to one and all as well as use them as repeat customers if the need arises!

From the first time I spoke to Bob on the phone I had the feeling I was in touch with the right company for the job. I had a last minute issue with our original appointment to discuss the work that I was looking to get done. Bob was more than understanding and we made a 2nd appointment. Once again, just as pleasant as the first interaction. I was pretty certain by this time his was the company I wanted to work with. Fortunately he came in with a quote right in the range of what I was receiving from some other companies. To tell the truth, I couldn't get over his honesty and how upfront he was about his concerns of the damage that my lawn could suffer. He was the ONLY person that brought this up prior to doing the job. Not to worry. He came up with the idea of hiring an crane to lift the branches and trunks right over everything. I'm telling you, NOT ONE, branch ever hit my lawn. Not as much as a daffodil was harmed. They boomed everything over to the end of my driveway and cut it up right there. They even saved a bunch of the logs and stacked them neatly in my driveway for my father-in-law to cut up later for his wood stove. Haha. It was an absolute treat to watch his crew go to work. They were just so coordinated and in sync with each other. Very professional, very well trained. My father-in-law looked at me after watching this crew for just about 15 minutes and said to me "It really looks like you picked the right company". Coming from him that spoke volumes about their work. I really can't praise them enough. If I know of ANYONE looking to have any type of tree work done in the future American Tree is who I will be recommending.

Bob and team are truly the most professional tree service I've had in my 20 years of owning this home. They're priced very fairly, on time, efficient, cleaned up along the way, did a few extras not on the list at no charge, and checked in with me a couple of times throughout the day to ensure they were doing what I wanted and that I approved of the work thus far. They respected every inch of my property and did no damage to lawn. Communication with them prior to engagement was easy via cell or text and very respectful. Detailed description of the job was written out clearly and reviewed prior to the start of the work. The team was dressed in matching company attire adding another level of professionalism. They did not start work too early per to my instructions (not before 8am). Highly recommend them.

They were fast, easy to deal with and were extremely courteous. They left my yard looking so much better than before and they were careful to check in before they left that I was happy with the job.

Calls returned promptly. Showed up on time with crew of 6, 2 bucket trucks and another truck with chipper and small skid steere. Very professional crew all with headsets to communicate no wasted time. Thorough cleanup when done.

Bob and his crew removed three very large oak trees. Very hard working crew, safe, and cleaned up everything. Great value for all the work they did. I will definitely use them again!

Bob is so knowledgeable and an all around great guy. He was attentive to details, made sure that he would not damage the surroundings, concerned for the safety of his crew. He brought 2 crews with him to get 30 trees cut in one day. No smoking, no swearing and no garbage left on the ground like we experienced with another company a few years back and we saw from neighbors getting jobs done with other companies. Best rate among 3 estimates we got. We highly, highly recommend them. And as a bonus, we called them when our 18 y.o. put 2 drones in a tall tree and they came to get them out for a small fee!!! Awesome people!!!

Bob was very honest and professional upon giving me an estimate....They arrived and worked 10 hours removing a large tree on a very small lot with narrow driveway...they had to remove and remount fences and gate..their work is superb,cleaned up yard and street when done.I would highly recommend them
