They have completed the first mowing. There was some areas of overgrown grass and weeds. They did a good job with most areas but did miss some of the overgrowth the first time. They are receptive to fixing the issue of the missed areas

Cason, the owner, is wonderful. I had an issue with the first mow service. I had sent him pictures for evidence and he apologized and sent someone out and they fixed the problem the next day. They did a great job.

Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
I wanted a 10 day service to mow and trim, most times it was 16 days and did not clean up very well especially left grass at edge in the street. Gave him a check for 10 more cuttings and has received only 4. Asked for leaf rake, treatment, and a good cut and TRIM in place of 6 more cuttings owed but did not receive. Still owes me money. He is very friendly but not dependable.

"indeed. last season. i experienced the same issues as all much bigger companies,lack or no people to hire. i personally hired 8 different people. none stayed more than 1 day. but, i did the best i could for my clients and communicated most of the delays. this business isnt without its delays an setbacks. i treat every client as family. i will b contacting ruth to rectify this situation as all clients happiness is my main goal. i have since contacted client and worked this out. she will b a client this season."

Our yard is on a slant, so it is not easy to mow. However, rather than contacting us and raising the price for mowing, or contacting us and saying that they no longer wanted to serve us, they simply stopped coming. We paid in advance to cover the cost of mowing for a month, but it was weeks between the times they came out to mow. They still owe us for one more mowing, but after contacting them several times over the course of a month, they finally emailed to say they would not be back and that they do not owe us anything. We were very disappointed.

"i did speak with owner that the lawn was a hazard an mowed the times he paid. the areas and inclines on his property are way to hazardous. once this was realized i let owner know i cannot cut his lawn. sorry.safety first."

They replaced some boards, power washed and stained a deck for a family member. We don't live in state, but had someone check their work for us, which they didn't know we were doing. Looked great, and was a very reasonable price.
