He is the best roofer I ever had. We had a storm come through that knocked down all my trees. We didn't lose one shingle. He called to double check on us after the storm. He is very nice.

John was great and very easy to work with. The crew was very respectful. Everything was completed in 2 days.

John was professional and worked with us very well on replacing our roof on this vacation home. He not only went to our cottage for the quote, but called on-site from the roof. I know this because our cottage is secluded and has a very private entrance that he called to find. He continued the work calling to verify completion and sending updated photos. The work was done well and the property was cleaned of any nails with a magnet roller which was very efficient considering the grass was on a 13 day growth at the time. Final price was same as estimate because he walked the roof and had an accurate assessment of plywood sheets needed as well as some facia boards that needed to be replaced. We were very pleased and look forward to having John and American Values Contracting, LLC address replacing our siding in the near future.

I can't recall the gentleman's name but he showed up on the day that I called for service. He assessed the project and came to complete the project later that day in fact he was pretty much done by the time I even got to the house. I climbed up on the line of myself and inspector the work and found nothing wrong everything was perfect and I was very satisfied with the work.

He was excellent. Very reasonable and helpful.

The cleanup was very bad. Used nails were all over area where old shingles were dumped to ground. I own a 3 foot magnet so I will be able to clean area. American Values Contracting should pick up all the old nails. I hate flat tires. The owner John Marshall is a very likeable person and I wish him success in his business.

Price was reasonable, management's quote was exactly on target, work was performed ahead of schedule, crew was competent and efficient and all appeared to care about doing a good job. The quality of the goods installed was high as promised.

Did a roof membrane replacement at my office. Very responsive, showed up on time and cost of the project was as he said it was. Very eager to please.

I'd give him six stars if I could. He put a new roof for me. He and his men work well together and were fast and did a great job. I was impressed with him. He presents himself well.

Installed a flat membrane roof. Always answers phone or gets right back to you if he can't and is very conscientious. I'll be using him again. He's a quality standup guy that does good work.
