"Thank you for thinking highly enough of our work, to take the time to let others know. Your kind words are greatly appreciated !"
"Thank you for your kind words ! We love happy customers and take pride in our work."
"This exterior consisted of 8 different colors, plus we removed a lattice fill from the railings of the deck on the rear of the home and replaced it with custom spindles for an updated look and two tone finish. It looks amazing finished ! Thanks again for choosing us for your project. :)"
"I'm very disappointed that we've received such a poor review. Especially since we have such a strong track record of happy customers and excellent reviews. I'm sorry that it's come to this, but I feel that in this situation, I don't have a choice but to rebutt with the facts; Mr. T hired us to complete a very small job for him, that consisted of painting the window trim only, on the exterior of his home. As part of that project, we agreed to pressure wash his windows and a ground floor patio, located at the back of his home, on the ground floor. This work should have taken 2 men, approximately 6 hours to complete. As Mr T and I agreed, I dropped off the supplies for the project at 0730, with work to begin at 0830, but before the crew even arrived, Mr T called me to log his first complaint. He wanted to know why my men weren't there at 0730, even though I had explained the work would begin at 0830. As the morning progressed, I was forced to reschedule my days work, so I could personally oversee his project, because Mr T was calling me back repeatedly. However, ALL of his questions & complaints concerned things that were outside of our scope of work, as agreed to in writing. Since my sincere desire is to add another satisfied customer to our already solid reputation, I did what I felt was the right thing to do and returned to his job to stay until completion. When I examined the work and asked the men how things were progressing, I saw NO DEFICIENCIES in the work that was being done. They did however, tell me that Mr T was criticizing the work before it was even close to being finished. My goal as I said, is to make our customer happy, so we added the following items to the work we did for Mr T at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE: 1) Pressure washed his second story deck. 2) Then when Mr T complained that he could see pollen between the boards of his second story deck after being pressure washed, I personally got on my Hands & Knees to clean between the boards of his second story deck.. (Mr T stood over me while I did this, so he could tell me when he was satisfied that it was clean enough). 3) We painted the railing that led to his second story deck, only to have him complain about it as well, saying "It could have been done better". But when I offered to correct what ever he was unhappy with, he couldn't find any deficiencies. 4) We reattached a piece of decorative stone that had come off of the front of his home, just because he asked if I knew how to reattach it. 5) Then I personally hand washed each of his windows, after he complained"For the price I'm paying you, you should be washing all of my windows". Once again, all 5 of these additions were at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. We did them because I wanted the customer to be happy with our work. When Mr T finally agreed that we had completed everything on the bid and then some, and stated that he was very happy with our work, it was around 8:45pm. So it too"
"Thank you two so much for your kind words ! I hope you enjoy your beautiful home for years to come."
"Thank you for the opportunity Ma'am, We're happy to see another satisfied customer !"
"Thank you so much for your kind words and for thinking enough of us to leave a review !"
"Mark I can't tell you enough how much we appreciate your business. Your home looks gorgeous and we're proud to have been a part of making it that way. Thank's again !"
"We are always happy to have a satisfied customer, so when one endorses us with such a glowing rating, it is very humbling. This project was more challenging than most are, due to the "Hired hands" who had been there before us and made a significant mess of this man's home. But after the right materials and people were applied, not only was the problem the previous Hired hands left corrected, but the home looks like it belongs in Better Homes and Gardens ! Thanks again Mr. W !!!"
