Romaldo was very courteous and arrived for our consultation timely. He conducted a water test and shared the results with us allowing us to review our water quality in real time. The results were staggering. Our water quality in Round Rock is incredibly poor. Romaldo spoke in plain, layman's terms that were easy to understand and jargon-free. After leaving the consultation Romaldo provided us with our water results in an easy-to-read report, along with three estimates of different equipment packages and the ongoing maintenance associated with the systems. The installation team arrived timely, explained all of the steps they were going to do in order to complete the installation and got straight to work. They began at approximately 9:30am and were done by 3pm. Their installation was very clean and thorough. Overall, I have been incredibly impressed by the sales staff, the equipment and the installation team.

We needed a whole house water filter and softener system for our new construction home. We got multiple bids but were most impressed with both the people and the Kinetico system from American Water. Romaldo came out and tested our water and gave us a great explanation of the water state and options to improve. I was particularly impressed with the detail he went into, and the time he spent making sure we understood everything. We went ahead and they showed up one time, and we were delighted with the install work and the great quality of our water now. The install technician also spent time afterward answering all my questions about the system operation and maintenance. He was very patient as this was a totally new world of home maintenance for me. I would definitely recommend the Kinetico system from American Water -- check it out before you make a decision - and for us this was the right decision.

Charles and mason were patient with answering a lot of questions and patiently clarifying an answers. Very helpful and professional their work ethic is top of the class clean neat and thorough. American water does a good job and has good customer service. However, the cost of a carbon recharge for my Kinetico water softener has almost doubled since my last service in in 2012 from $160.00 to $299.00. I know prices do go up over time, but this increase seems a bit excessive to me.

George, George Jr, and Chris were very professional and did a great job very quickly. George came out to see what I needed to complete my installation and he did not try to up sell me but wanted me to have the unit that would best suit me. I will continue to use American Water in the future and encourage everyone to use this company.

Was the more expensive system but quality of the water is worth it.

He was very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond for me. He also gave me tips to improve my water softener. He came on his day off and that meant alot to me.

No pressure Sales and scheduling quick installation were fine. As in any major purchase (appliance, Auto etc), the true rating of any company is the performance of the product over time. To date we are pleased with the results.

Even though this was a replacement system, there was a problem accessing the street shut off. He had to leave and try to get keys from Home Depot to access it. He was courteous the entire time, even though it was horribly hot and installation was a bit harder than probably anticipated
